General conditions

• check-in: from 11.00 am;
• check-out: 10.00 am;
• Pets allowed (small size, with own cage);
• the initial and the final cleaning room is included in the price.

Payment conditions

• payment in cash;
• credit cards are not accepted;
• the reservation is considered as confirmed as soon as we receive a deposit of 30% (by bank-transfer/postal order) on the total amount of the reservation; 50% for booking of 1 night only;
• For last-minute request it is possible to confirm your reservation without pay for the deposit.
